Job Functions: The CATIA Programmer is responsible for the creation, execution, and the maintenance of programs and fixture design for a wide range 3 and 5 axis CNC equipment and coordination of the manufacturing processes with Manufacturing and Quality Assurance.

• Program CNC equipment

• Choose cutting tools that will create an efficient and cost-effective part

• Analyze and select speeds and feeds that optimize the cutting process

• Establish processes and procedures

• Design fixtures and work holdings to accommodate CNC Programs

• Create setup sheets and instructions for Machinist • Optimize and maintain programs files, and production setups

• Troubleshoot and develop solutions to programs and production setups

• Complies with all safety rules and regulations

• Time Management and Organization

• Communicate and collaborate with Engineers and Machinist

• Must be able to handle flexible hours

• Other duties as assigned
