Position: PLM Team Center Engineer

Location: SFO Bay Area Hybrid (3 Days a week On-site)

Experience Required : 6+ Years

Duration: 6 Months+

Job Summary:

  • We are looking for a PLM Teamcenter Specialist to design, implement, and maintain Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions using Siemens Teamcenter. The ideal candidate will work with cross-functional teams to enhance PLM processes, ensure system efficiency, and support business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and customize Siemens Teamcenter solutions based on business needs.

  • Manage PLM system upgrades, patches, and maintenance.

  • Develop and optimize Workflows, BOM Management, Change Management, and CAD Integrations.

  • Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and IT teams to improve PLM functionalities.

  • Develop and maintain Teamcenter BMIDE, ITK, RAC, Active Workspace (AWC), and NX Integration.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve Teamcenter-related issues to ensure system stability.

  • Provide end-user support and training on PLM best practices.

  • Develop reports and dashboards to enhance data visibility and decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter PLM.

  • Expertise in BMIDE, ITK, RAC, SOA, AWC, CAD Integrations (NX, SolidWorks, CATIA, etc.).

  • Strong knowledge of PLM architecture, deployment, and administration.

  • Experience in C/C++, Java, Perl, or TCL for customization.

  • Familiarity with database management (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud-based PLM deployments.

  • Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, or CI/CD in PLM environments.

  • Siemens Team center certification is a plus
