Omni Aerospace is a leading aerospace manufacturer and aircraft parts supplier. We are a multi-faceted company providing products of the highest value. Specializing in custom engineering, aircraft part manufacturing, and electrical assembly.

Omni Aerospace is seeking an experienced CATIA V5 Programmer to join our team. You will be reporting directly to our Director of Digital Manufacturing Technology. This is a great opportunity if you want to be a part of a growing organization with a small company feel. This is an in-office position, you must live within a commutable distance from Wichita. We are looking to hire someone quickly, so this opportunity won't be around long! 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provides shop support

Interprets drawings and creates layouts with models

Creates set-up documents 

Reviews programming of other programmers and verifies NC codes

Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and three to five years CNC Operator experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience using CATIA V5 programming software required.
  • Experience using Vericut Software.
  • Ability to read blueprints and models.
  • Experience using micrometers and calipers
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
