Position Summary

  • Respond promptly to unscheduled pickup requests and deliveries.
  • Move and manage large quantities of product (25,000+ pounds weekly), including transferring items to/from storage and throughout the building.
  • Ensure all food products are handled safely and according to proper code and standards.

Donor & Community Interaction
  • Serve as a positive representative of Catholic Charities while working with donors, volunteers, clients, and staff.
  • Receive donations, provide excellent customer service, and maintain strong donor relationships.

Documentation & Reporting
  • Complete accurate receipts and documentation for all incoming donations.
  • Follow established procedures to ensure records are timely and properly maintained.

Equipment & Facility Support

Qualifications
Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.

Additional Requirements
  • Clean driving record required.
