St. Francis Xavier Catholic Schools is looking for a full time Theology teacher for our high school. Please include transcripts and any available letters of recommendation. Teacher must demonstrate characteristics of a positive Christian role model. Preference may be given to qualified candidates who are Catholic. Preference may be given to teachers holding an active and applicable license in WI.
St. Francis Xavier Catholic School System is a PK-12 Catholic school system located in Appleton, WI, serving the greater Fox Valley region in the Catholic Diocese of Green Bay. We maintain 2 elementary campuses (PK-4), a middle school (5-8) and a high school (9-12), with total annual enrollment of approximately 1600.

JOB SUMMARY
Position Description:
The theology teacher teaches all of the freshmen and sophomore theology classes and this position will specifically entail teaching courses on Catholic social teaching and theology of the body. Candidates should be practicing Catholics in good standing with the Church while being strong role models. Candidates also will promote a positive, charitable spirit and nurture the school environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in theology and practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church.
Physical Requirements:
Possesses physical stamina required to remain standing, walking and moving for long periods of time.
