Familiarity with liturgical practices, biblical studies software, and pastoral counseling tools is often required. Outstanding interpersonal skills, self-discipline, and a genuine sense of vocation set exceptional seminarians apart. These qualities are vital to effectively prepare for the responsibilities of priesthood and to foster meaningful spiritual leadership within the community.
