This often involves reviewing content, user journeys, and functionalities for adherence to Church teachings, as well as seeking input from clergy or Catholic subject matter experts. Balancing business priorities with faith-based considerations is a unique challenge, but it provides a meaningful opportunity to create products that authentically serve Catholic communities. Regular communication and feedback loops help maintain this alignment throughout the product lifecycle.

What is a Catholic Product Owner?

This role involves gathering feedback from stakeholders, prioritizing features, and ensuring that the final product aligns with the mission, values, and needs of the Catholic community. The Catholic Product Owner works closely with development teams, church leaders, and users to deliver high-quality solutions that support faith-based initiatives. They often require a strong understanding of both product management principles and the unique aspects of Catholic culture and ministry.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Catholic Product Owner, and why are they important?
