Job description

Join our mission-driven team as Administrative Assistant for the Office of Discipleship and Evangelization! Support our ministry by managing calendars, coordinating events, and helping advance a culture of Lifelong Catholic Missionary Discipleship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain scheduling system for multiple calendars, projects, and events

• Draft correspondence and proof programming/marketing documents

• Coordinate meeting logistics (on/off-site facilities, meals, vehicles)

• Assist with receptionist duties

Qualifications:

• High school diploma (post-secondary education preferred)

• 2+ years administrative support experience

• Baptized, Confirmed, active Catholic

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; willingness to learn digital platforms
