Bolte, Sr. School of Business at Mount St. Mary’s University invites applications for a full-time Visiting Professor of Marketing position beginning August 2027. Additional information about Mount St. Mary’s University is available at www.msmary.edu.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**The teaching requirement for this 10-month contract is 24 credits (8 classes) between the Fall and Spring semesters and will include a combination of undergraduate and graduate courses in marketing. Undergraduate courses are primarily delivered in person and offered during the day with some evening options, while graduate courses are delivered using on-line synchronous and asynchronous formats. The successful candidate will also serve as the primary contact for student recruitment and advising for the marketing concentration and minor. It is likely that the required teaching load will involve 5-6 different course preparations.All faculty are expected to serve the Mount by advising students majoring in the school's programs, developing course curriculum, participating in assessment, remaining current in their discipline, and performing other duties as assigned.**Job Requirements: Education, Experience and Skills:*****Qualifications**** **Required:** + Ph.D. or Graduate degree in Marketing or a related discipline. + Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States + Demonstrated commitment to teaching excellence.* **Preferred:** + Professional or industry experience in the field. + Prior university-level teaching experience. + Evidence of scholarly engagement and professional development.**Salary Range:** The salary ranges below represent budgeted hiring averages and are provided for transparency. Final salary offers are competitive and determined based on discipline-specific market factors, qualifications, experience, and rank.
