Qualifications

  • State License License must be in hand at time of application.
  • Certifications CCI (RCIS), ARRT (CI), or ARRT (R)
  • Certifications BLS or BLS (AHA). Willing to obtain allowed for BLS or BLS (AHA).
  • Specialty Experience 2+ years of experience in job's specialty in last 5 years.
  • Skills Assessment RCT skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
  • References 1 reference within the last 2 years.
  • Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent employee of Universal Health Services in the past year.
