Registered Nurse - Cardiac Cath Lab (FT/Days)

The Cardiac Cath Lab, equipped with 6 labs shared with EP & IR. They specialize in minimally invasive cardiac care for a wide variety of adult patients ranging in acuity. The team fosters a supportive and collaborative environment, emphasizing a strong team culture. Additionally, they actively support the patient during procedures by administering sedation and closely monitoring patients. A limited radiography license course will be provided after orientation. Qualifications

  • Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
  • The Registered Nurse (RN) must have graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. Exceptions: Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they possess more than two years of acute care experience. Such exceptions are subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).
  • Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
  • Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
