    • 2 Charge RNs
    • 3 OR Technicians
    • 2 Radiologic Technicians

  • Patient Ratios: 1 RN and 1 OR Technician per room
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 months of experience as a Central Sterile Technician (CST)
  • Active BLS, NBSTA, and DORA Certifications
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Orthopedics (ACLs, rotator cuff repairs, knee scopes, and total joints preferred)
  • ENT experience (Septoplasty, SMR, T&A, Stapedectomy)
  • Instrument room experience

Huddles start at 6:30 AM, with most surgical cases beginning at 7:00 AM. The length of shifts may vary between 8-10 hours based on case needs.
