Job description

Position: Sr. Product Manager I Location: DC Metro Area (Hybrid – 1–2 days/week onsite)
Work Sites: Washington, DC | Herndon, VA | Tysons, VA | Reston, VA

Clearance Required: Active TS/SCI security clearance with a CI Polygraph As Sr. Product Manager I, you’ll serve in a hybrid role that combines product management, IT program management, and stakeholder relationship management. You'll partner with the Product Owner and government stakeholders to help define product direction, prioritize requirements and tradeoffs, guide the product roadmap, and drive adoption across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE) by building strong client relationships and promoting the product to both data producers and consumers. What you’ll do:
• Guide and manage the lifecycle of new technology products or feature enhancements.
• Develop product concepts and designs to facilitate market needs and user requirements.
• Conduct research and develop a good understanding of the customer's needs, new technologies, trends in the market, and competitors.
• Develop requirements documents, functional specifications, and mock-ups to clearly illustrate product ideas and concepts.
• Participate in all phases of the product development lifecycle, including analysis, design, testing, and integration of products and introducing products to the market. • COMPETENCIES/SKILLS:

o Software Requirements Specification What you’ll need to succeed:
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, or a related technical leadership role
• Experience partnering with Product Owners and government stakeholders to define product strategy, prioritize requirements, and manage product roadmaps
• Ability to evaluate business and technical tradeoffs and provide recommendations that align with mission objectives
• Strong stakeholder relationship management experience, including engaging with executive leadership and cross-functional teams
• Experience driving product adoption, user engagement, and change management across large organizations
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience working in Agile environments supporting software or data-driven products
• Ability to collaborate with engineering, development, and government teams to deliver mission-focused capabilities
• Experience supporting Intelligence Community (IC) or Department of Defense (DoD) customers preferred SALARY RANGE: $184,000 - $221,000
The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including: • The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience
• The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
• Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
• This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies, which may include:
o Performance-based bonuses
o Company-paid training and/or certifications
