Job description

Job Summary:
Granite State Gaming & Hospitality is a subsidiary of G2 Gaming focused on enhancing community nonprofit organizations in New Hampshire through innovative entertainment and gaming experiences. As an IT Technician II, you will ensure the smooth operation of the casino's technology systems by supporting various hardware, software, and network infrastructures.
Responsibilities:
• Support and maintain the Casino Management System (CMS) and related hardware/software
• Set up and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, access points, wiring)
• Monitor network and device performance; recommend improvements
• Maintain firewalls, virtual machines, and vendor-supported applications
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot PCs, AV equipment, and POS systems
• Work with security to ensure camera and recording systems meet regulations
• Document network layouts, device configurations, and system passwords
• Assist with system upgrades, installs, and vendor coordination
• Provide reliable connectivity for all casino operations
Qualifications:
Required:
• 2+ years of IT support experience
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and administration
• Proficiency in PC troubleshooting and software support
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming license
• Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs. and work in environments with noise, secondhand smoke, and occasional weather exposure
• Flexible schedule and ability to work overtime as needed
Preferred:
• Experience in casino or hospitality environments is a plus
