Job description

First Class Charter Inc is a family owned business located in Hayward, California.
Since 2011, we are serving Northern California's casino on a daily bases. Our shuttle services are morning, Noon, afternoon and evening schedules. Due to COVID-19 most of the casinos stopped their bus program and currently, we are serving only Graton Hotel and casino in Rohnert Park, California. We also occasionally have charters that we book all around California ranging from smaller events like (49er games & airport transfers) to large scale events like Music festivals, weddings, and national parks.
For our casino shuttle service our routes are fixed and all pickup and drop off locations are the same every day, making it very easy to learn and understand the routes (90% of drivers only require 1 day of training/orientation). Each route has three pickup points and we drop off the passengers at the same locations. No GPS needed! Our routes cover cities such as San Leandro, Hayward, Newark, Milpitas and San Jose.
Current Base Pay (NOT including tips) is 175.00 per day based on Minimum WAGE, however Full time drivers can make anywhere between 1000-1500$ just in tips every month! Thats 12-15K per year just in tips!!! All for you to keep for yourself! Part time drivers (depending on the days worked) can make upwards to 50-75$ in tips per day doing Casino Shuttles! Weekends are extremely busy with 25 to 30 buses going out on Saturdays and Sundays Collectively. We have had employees with excellent "Driver Side Manner" make upwards to 200 and even 300$ in tips in 1 day by being safe and likable drivers to our customers. Drivers Side Manner and customer service is Key! Please ask employer for more information regarding payroll.
We are looking for Full time and part time drivers. Drivers must be flexible for all the schedules and willing to work in any available routes, however we are flexible and will work with your schedule to create a shift that works for both sides. Your driving times can vary but won't ever exceed 4-6 hours per day since the distance to the casino is very short.
All Drivers must have a valid commercial class A or B licenses with passenger & AirBrake Endorsement as well as a valid Medical exam certificate. All our vehicles are 45 foot motor coaches and we prefer experienced drivers but its not a requirement as we can train you.
Candidates must have a clean driving record. Most of our passengers are senior Citizens and we need reliable and safe drivers with excellent customer service, as you will be servicing the elderly and taking them to the casino.
Please have your Resume ready and apply today, if you would like to join with us. We look forward to welcoming you to the First Class Family.
