Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
    15+ years of progressive experience in architecture, with significant experience in hospitality, casino, gaming, resort, entertainment, or mixed-use developments.
  • Demonstrated success generating revenue through business development, client acquisition, and relationship management.
  • Established network of contacts within the local market and relevant industry sectors.
  • Proven experience leading large, complex architectural projects and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong understanding of project financial management, contracts, and risk management.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Drive business development efforts and grow the firm's Hospitality, Casino, and Gaming practice through new client acquisition and strategic partnerships.
