We're looking for a Cashier/Kitchen Helper to join our team of superheroes. Don't worry, you won't need a cape! Our Fresh Lunchtime Heroes just need these superpowers:

What our Cashier/Kitchen Helpers do:
  • Promote a welcoming environment where students look forward to lunch everyday.
  • Cashier during service times and assist fellow heroes with set-up and clean-up.
  • Perform Point of Sale maintenance and reports as directed.
  • Heroes in aprons don't mind getting their hands dirty and want to prepare and serve the freshest, tastiest options to kids.
  • There is no "I" in team, so we look for heroes that will utilize their powers with other heroes to make an effective team.
  • You can't make a difference to kids without often making a mess, so your powers will help in assuring food safety is met. Work in collaboration with other heroes to clean up the kitchen to make it a shiny and inviting atmosphere for students to return back to.

What does it take to be a Cashier/Kitchen Helper hero?
  • 1 year of cashiering or food service experience is preferred
  • High School diploma or GED is preferred
  • You'll utilize a computer in this role so experience with a Point of Sale program is helpful.
