Part-Time Evening & Saturday Office / Cashier Assistant

Job Summary

Porcaro Ford is looking for a dependable, friendly, and detail-oriented person to help with basic office and cashier duties during weekday evening hours and Saturdays.

This is a great part-time position for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping support a busy dealership office. The right person will be professional, reliable, comfortable answering phones, and able to handle customer payments accurately.

Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct customers to the correct department or employee
  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Accept customer payments for service, parts, and other dealership transactions
  • Issue receipts and accurately record payment information
  • Help balance and organize cashier paperwork
  • Assist with basic filing, scanning, copying, and office organization
  • Support the sales, service, parts, and office teams as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized front office / cashier area
  • Provide helpful customer service in person and over the phone
