  • perform various management activities within the department department in collaboration with the Department Manager;
  • in collaboration with the department manager, ensure the management of purchases, inventories, P.L.U. price lists and respect the sales per hour/person in order to ensure business readiness;
  • train, evaluate and motivate the members of his team and carry out the various operations related to the accounting of the cash registers (money transfer, deposits, controls, weekly verifications, etc.).
