  • General admissions, ticket sales, season pass sales and processing
  • Answering telephone inquiries, and greeting guests. Present oneself in a professional manner at all times
  • General customer service responsibilities
  • Work with guests to ensure a positive and lifelong memory
  • Assist with other duties as needed

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 18 years of age or older and prior work experience
  • Ability to handle cash and credit transactions and balance a cash drawer
  • Must have excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Must have weekend availability and flexible weekday availability
