Vista Medical Center is seeking a detail-oriented Cash Poster to join our Revenue Cycle team. This position is responsible for accurately posting and reconciling patient payments, insurance payments, and adjustments to ensure the financial integrity of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately post insurance and patient payments, adjustments, and denials to patient accounts.

  • Reconcile daily payment batches and ensure proper allocation of funds.

  • Research and resolve payment discrepancies, denials, and misapplied payments.

  • Communicate with insurance companies and internal departments to clarify payment details.

  • Maintain compliance with billing regulations and financial policies.

  • Assist in month-end closing processes related to payment posting.
