Welcome to Love's: The primary purpose of the Cash Coordinator I role on the Love's Financial Cash team is to post cash collections to debtor accounts and process adjustments and corrections.
Job Functions:
  • Accurately enter cash transactions into the accounting or cash management system
  • Respond to basic inquiries related to cash application or payment status
  • Help with the daily reconciliation of cash receipts against bank statements or internal reports
  • Match Remittances to payments for completion and accuracy purposes
  • Maintain cash department email and process incoming debtor requests
  • Begin developing relationships with other departments and operations
  • Other duties assigned as needed

Experience and Qualifications:
    • HS Diploma or equivalent required
    • 0-2 years of relative experience

Skills and Physical Demands:
  • Hard Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products with strong emphasis on Excel as well as 10-Key by touch, basic understanding of cash application processes and ability to type 50 wpm
  • Soft skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to meet strict deadlines, time management skills, detail-oriented, ability to multitask and be a team player
  • Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping
  • Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
  • Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator
