Manager, Process Manager- Global Payment Network
Manager, Process Manager - Network Product Well-Managed

As a Manager of Process Management within Transaction Processing, you will be responsible for ensuring all risk efforts are flawlessly executed. Our team bridges product, tech, and risk partners to ensure Transaction Processing products and platforms remain well-documented, efficient, and fully supported. You will serve as the primary subject matter experts and single point of contact for risk initiatives. You will blend analysis with process optimization to establish streamlined risk workflows and execute proactive data collection-ensuring on-time execution and continuous audit readiness.

General Responsibilities

  • Cross-Functional Partnership

    • Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and risk partners to ensure transaction processing products remain efficient, well-documented, and fully supported.

    • Act as a single point of contact to partnering with Product and Risk, ensuring successful execution of assessments, testing, audits, and regulatory requests.

  • Compliance & Risk Management

    • Drive issue remediation and closure to ensure risks are mitigated and issues are resolved timely.

  • Process Excellence & Documentation

    • Develop and maintain formal L2 process documentation, including procedures and process flow diagrams.

    • Establish and maintain team standard work to ensure a consistent, well-managed support model.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Military experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in Process management or Rrisk

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Business Management, Process Management, Project Management, Risk Management, Communications, Computer Science or Information Systems

  • Lean certification or Six Sigma certification

  • 5+ years of experience in Process management

  • 5+ years of experience in Project management, Compliance, or Risk ManagementAt this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

McLean, VA: $134,400 - $153,300 for Manager, Process Management


Chicago, IL: $122,100 - $139,400 for Manager, Process Management


Richmond, VA: $122,100 - $139,400 for Manager, Process Management


Riverwoods, IL: $122,100 - $139,400 for Manager, Process Management








Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
