You can expect hands-on tasks, a fast-paced environment, and direct interaction with supervisors or customers. Flexibility and reliability are highly valued, as schedules may vary and tasks can change daily. Workers should be prepared for physically active duties, and it's important to clarify payment terms and documentation for each shift to ensure transparency.
