Now Hiring: Currency Verification Specialist
Charlotte, NC
12-Month Contract
Day & Night Shifts Available
Are you detail-oriented, dependable, and ready to play a critical role in high-volume cash operations? We're seeking Currency Verification Specialists to support secure and efficient currency processing in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12-month contract opportunity with both day and night shift options available.
What You'll Do
Receive and verify bulk currency deposits for automated note processing
Prepare currency for processing by identifying incorrect denominations and strap inconsistencies
Process bundles through the Banknote Processing System (BPS)
Review and verify rejected currency at the Reconciling Station (RS) for fitness and authenticity
Identify and detect counterfeit currency
Prepare unfit currency for Independent Destroy All (IDA) procedures
Accurately record bank differences, shortages, and overages discovered during verification

Ability to follow strict security and procedural guidelines
