Part-Time Cash Office Associate

Walt Churchill's Market is looking for a Part-Time Cash Office Associate for our Maumee, OH location. If you LOVE great food, deliver consistent QUALITY, RESPECT your coworkers, CARE about customers, and maintain a SAFE and CLEAN work environment, we want to talk to you!

Job Description:

The Cash Office Associate reports to the Front-End Manager and is responsible for:

  • Completing day-to-day tasks within the Cash Office
  • Balancing tills, the safe, stamps, gas cards, and lottery sales daily
  • Balancing paid outs, paid ins, charges, and deposits for the store
  • Additional tasks include: completing store transfers, activating gas cards, collecting coupons, and receiving income from companies
  • Also expected to cover customer service desk as needed

Schedule:

Typical hours for the Cash Office Associate are 6:45am-3:15pm. The schedule may also require Service Desk shifts from 7:30am-4pm some days.

Requirements:

  • Previous Cashier or related experience required
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.), SMS experience preferred
  • Basic math skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to follow step-by-step instructions
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have daytime, weekend, and holiday availability
  • High school diploma required
  • Must be able to lift 10-30 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
