Job description

OverviewThe Cash Management Sales Officer is responsible for driving revenue growth by delivering tailored cash management solutions to commercial and business clients. This role partners closely with commercial and business banking lenders to conduct joint client and prospect calls, proactively develop new business, and manage ongoing complex client relationships. Acting as a trusted advisor, the officer provides superior relationship management for a large portfolio of more complex clients and ensures clients receive optimal solutions to improve liquidity, streamline operations, and strengthen their overall banking relationship.Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with commercial and business banking lenders to plan and execute joint calls with existing and prospective clients.
  • Proactively identify, source, and develop new cash management business opportunities within assigned markets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and as a trusted advisor for assigned clients, providing superior ongoing relationship management.
  • Conduct needs assessments to recommend customized treasury and cash management solutions to current and prospective clients.
  • Resolves complex customer service issues for clients. Coordinates with other bank departments to resolve customer issues and provide solutions.
  • Provides coaching and mentoring to more junior department staff members
  • Acts as a subject matter expert on all cash management products and services.
  • Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and product demonstrations to decision-makers.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes impacting cash management services.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities, achieve annual assigned sales/revenue goals and contribute to overall portfolio growth.
  • Supports Bank's regulatory compliance objectives and recommends changes to support prescribed requirements. Ensures full compliance with the Bank's Information Security Policies and Procedures.
  • Performs other duties as may be required.
Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in finance, business, or related field (or equivalent experience) is required

Work Experience

  • 4-7 years of experience in cash management, treasury sales, or commercial banking

Additional Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of cash management products, services, and industry best practices.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to client needs.
Expected Pay RangeThe expected annual pay range for this role is $76,463 to $135,731. This pay range is the annual salary we in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting.
