Description

Job Summary: This position will support the ACH / Cash Control department at the bank. This team is primarily responsible for establishing ACH profiles (direct deposit) which allow the branches and their clients to initiate electronic fund transfers. The Cash Management Associate II will handle ACH form processing and inbound calls from branch or internal contacts. They may also be required to manage the team email inbox.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Review and process ACH (direct deposit) forms that are received via an electronic cue
  • Perform data entry relating to clients' confidential banking information (i.e. personal account numbers, demographic information, etc.) while maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Researches any errors or problems concerning entries made at the branch or Home Office level
  • Reviews and corrects processing errors as appropriate
  • Communicate with clients via email and instant messaging (clientele consists of Financial Advisors and their support staff/ RJ branches)
  • Field incoming calls from branch or internal contacts providing customer service and related follow-up as needed.
  • Muti-task and handle calls, data entry and responding to emails

MUST HAVES:

  • 2+ years RECENT office experience in a DATA ENTRY CENTRIC role
  • 6000 KPH w/ 85% accuracy on Data Assessment
  • Banking/Finance Industry Experience
  • STRONG customer service background
  • Minimum HS Diploma; Bachelors Preferred

This is a Contract position based out of Memphis, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr.
