Sheehy Auto Stores is actively seeking an experienced Deal Poster to become a valuable member of our team. In this role, you will be responsible for precisely recording and managing financial transactions related to vehicle sales, purchases, and other relevant activities. Your attention to detail and strong analytical abilities will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our accounting records. Requirements

  • Previous dealership experience is required
  • Knowledge of accounting software (i.e., QuickBooks)
  • Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred
  • Ability to balance large-volume accounts
  • Detail-oriented skills with strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Fast learner who is open to change and able to handle a demanding environment
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Strong communication and people skills – both written and verbal
  • Authorized to work in the USA
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening, MVR, and drug test
  • Must have a valid driver's license
