About the Role


Champions Club is looking for a Cage Supervisor to join our growing team! The Cage Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Front of House Manager in overseeing all aspects of cage operations, protecting cage assets by following policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with Company internal controls, laws and regulations. This includes accounting for transactions, controlling access to the vault, and providing an account of any problems.

This is a full-time position, working approximately 40 hours per week and the starting pay is $20/hr. 

Responsibilities


  • Process monetary transactions and exchanges with guests and staff in the Poker cage area.
  • Handles transactions between the vault and cashiers as needed.
  • Perform frontline entry level transactions, chip bank transactions, poker transactions, employee bank/window transactions and time sales.
  • Secure and document all recordable transactions made with company assets.
  • Complete electronic multiple transaction logs (MTL) accurately, complete currency transaction reports (CTR) manually, when necessary.
  • Audit previous shifts to make sure tasks and paperwork are completed correctly.
  • Assist patrons with general information upon request.
  • Maintain an understanding of current property wide promotions.
  • Issue and/or surrender safety deposit boxes.
  • Establish/maintain new accounts following Title 31 guidelines.
  • Secures and documents all recordable transactions made with company assets.
  • Balances bank at end of shift.
  • Assists with vault counts and deposits on a weekly basis or as needed.
  • Assists with weekly promo balance and properly communicates with the finance team.
  • Assists with ATM fills and replenishments as needed.
  • Manages cage snack inventory.
  • Perform surveillance reviews when necessary.
  • Assists with the training and coaching of cage staff.
  • Effectively communicate write up needs in a timely manner to Manager.
  • Perform other job-related duties as requested.

 Experience & Qualifications


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • One (1) year of high-volume cash handling experience.
  • Experience in Title 31 Reporting.
  • Capable of working varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays when needed.
  • Ability to address issues in a professional manner through effective interpersonal communication.
  • Ability to cope with fast-paced environments.
  • Effective problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to adhere to all company policies and the code of conduct.
  • Exemplary time and resource management including good attendance.
  • Ability to maintain peak performance during high stress situations.
  • Ability to mentally solve basic addition, subtraction and multiplication problems.
