Position Overview:
Under direction from the Shared Services Manager, the Cash Application Associate role is responsible for posting cash transactions to customer accounts, collaborating with the AR team on any discrepancies as needed, and processing Accounts Payable payments weekly.  
Primary Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Application of daily cash postings to customer accounts
  • Initiate credit card payments
  • Gathering of remittance advices from customers
  • Input ACH and wire payments into the bank portal on a routine basis
  • Submission of positive pay files for domestic locations
  • Distribution of Accounts Payable checks via the weekly check run
  • Dispersal of U.S. mail for Stoughton facility
  • Perform other duties as required


Required Education & Experience:

  • Experience with accounting related transactional processing
  • Experience with SAP, Epicor, or Oracle
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment with multiple plants


Preferred Education:

  • Associate degree in Accounting
