To thrive as a Case Supervisor, you typically need a background in social work, psychology, or a related field, along with experience in case management and supervision. Familiarity with case management software, data tracking systems, and sometimes relevant certifications like LCSW or equivalent are important technical qualifications. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills help build effective teams and ensure high-quality client support.
