Job description

We are seeking an attorney and/or nursing professional, preferably with an advanced degree, to join our dynamic case evaluation team.

In this important role, you will manage a caseload of prospective clients and potential medical malpractice claims through various stages of intake and evaluation.

What You'll Do

▸ Conduct detailed new-client intakes
▸ Review and analyze medical records
▸ Identify significant medical and factual issues
▸ Evaluate potential medical malpractice claims
▸ Research complex medical topics
▸ Communicate with prospective clients
▸ Collaborate with attorneys and medical experts throughout the evaluation process

What You'll Bring
