Job description

Summary: The Order Selector is responsible for pulling full case product, operating electric pallet jack and using voice activated headset. Upon completion of pulling products to fulfill orders, the Order Selector is responsible for loading delivery trucks according to route. The Order Selector must be able to maintain an expected work pace and meet minimum productivity guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be able to work in a refrigerated environment (35-55 degrees)
  • Must be able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly up to 50lbs throughout shift
  • Must be able to work scheduled, assigned times and required overtime for the position
  • Must be able to meet productivity goal of 825 cases per shift by 30 days

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 years direct order pulling experience preferably in the produce industry
  • Warehouse distribution and produce knowledge
  • 2 years of recent Electric Riding Pallet Jack experience
  • Vo-Collect (Voice Picking) Headset experience
