At Premier ProduceOne, we’re more than a produce distributor; we’re a team dedicated to delivering excellence and building a workplace where everyone can grow. We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated 3rd Shift Order Picker for our Columbus location.
Pay & Schedule
- Training pay: $20/hour until piece pay begins
- Performance-based pay: $.25 per case picked
- Typical earnings: $175–$350 per shift
- Schedule: 5 days/week, 3rd shift
- Start time: 7:00 PM
- Average shift length: 8.5 hours (some shorter, some longer)
What You’ll Do
- Use RF scanners (ring-finger style) to pick orders accurately
- Move product weighing 10–70 lbs throughout your shift
- Work on your feet in a refrigerated environment
- Operate tow-motors and stand-up forklifts
- Follow instructions and safety guidelines in English
What We're Looking For
Responsible for picking accurate products and quantities for orders using ring-finger RF scanners.
Continually lift/push/pull a variety of packages with weights from 10-50 pounds.
Work is performed on your feet throughout the shift in a refrigerated environment.
Must be 18 years of age.
Operate with accountability while having an eye for detail.
Experience operating tow-motors/forklifts helpful.
Must be able to occasionally lift and carry up to 65-pound packages
Must be able to stand/walk over the course of an 8-hour shift
Must be able to pass a drug screen test.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must be able to read English.
