Job Overview:

As a Warehouse Case Selector, you will utilize a pallet-jack and an electronic headset to navigate throughout the warehouse and select product to fulfill orders. You will receive order information and verify accuracy verbally by use of the electronic headset. You will manually lift and stack the cases of product neatly on pallets ensuring stability and accuracy. Once the order is completed, you will transfer the loads to assigned locations utilizing the pallet-jack. Key case selector responsibilities/expectations are speed, accuracy, and safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, store, and/or select various general merchandise products or supplies from warehouse stock
  • Transport product throughout the warehouse using a pallet jack of forklift.
  • Work in a fast-pace, physically demanding environment
  • Assist other departments with work activities when required
  • Promote good working relationships by maintaining a courteous and friendly manner
  • Collaborate with warehouse supervisors and team members to meet productivity goals
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Meet order selection performance standards of speed and accuracy

Job Requirements:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma desired
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime
  • Warehouse and/or pallet jack experience preferred
  • Previous order selection experience such as shipping or receiving or experience in a physically demanding position is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately follow instructions
  • Ability and willingness to consent to background check, drug screen, and physical capacities test
  • Ability to lift up to 80 pounds as well as frequent bending, stooping, and lifting
