Job description

The Dominguez Firm—one of California’s most successful and recognized personal injury law firms—is seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Case Manager to join our fast-paced team.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in helping injured workers navigate the claims process, working closely with attorneys to ensure clients receive the care and benefits they deserve.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage a caseload of 150–200 active Workers’ Compensation files from intake through settlement
  • Communicate regularly with clients, insurance carriers, medical providers, and defense counsel
  • Coordinate medical appointments and obtain necessary records
  • Review medical reports and ensure clients receive all entitled benefits
  • Prepare case files for hearings, depositions, and trials
  • Maintain detailed case notes and provide consistent client updates


What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of Workers’ Compensation case management experience in a law firm
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Strong knowledge of Workers’ Compensation procedures and terminology
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software
