Position Overview
We are currently seeking a highly experienced, self-motivated Pre-Litigation Case Manager to support our growing team, including our expanding Seattle office. This individual will play a critical role in managing pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake through settlement, ensuring strong case development, client communication, and favorable outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a full caseload of Washington personal injury matters from intake through trial or settlement
  • Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence with accuracy and timeliness
  • Handle client communications with professionalism and empathy, keeping clients informed throughout the case lifecycle
  • Coordinate depositions, mediations, medical appointments, and expert consultations
  • Negotiate liens and medical bills to maximize client recovery
  • Work closely with attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation
  • Oversee case deadlines, calendaring, and ensure compliance with Washington state and federal court rules
  • Provide mentorship and leadership as the Phoenix team expands
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in Washington personal injury law as a Paralegal or Case Manager
  • Demonstrated success managing cases independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong drive, initiative, and ability to thrive in a startup office environment
  • In-depth knowledge of Washington personal injury procedures, courts, and litigation practices
  • Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency with case management software, legal systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred, but not required

Compensation: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
