Litigation Paralegal - Las Vegas, NV


A growing organization is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys in a variety of civil and commercial litigation matters, with an emphasis on real estate and property-related disputes.

The successful candidate is a highly organized legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing complex case files from inception through resolution. This individual will work closely with attorneys, internal leadership, and outside counsel while providing comprehensive litigation support, maintaining case organization, and ensuring deadlines are met throughout every stage of the legal process.

Responsibilities

  • Assist attorneys in all phases of civil and commercial litigation, from case initiation through trial or settlement
  • Draft, prepare, and organize pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, legal correspondence, and other litigation documents
  • Maintain electronic and physical case files, litigation calendars, and court deadlines
  • Coordinate document collection, review, production, and discovery management
  • Conduct legal, factual, and public records research to support ongoing litigation
  • Prepare exhibits, witness files, trial notebooks, deposition summaries, and hearing materials
  • Schedule depositions, mediations, hearings, and meetings while coordinating with opposing counsel, court personnel, experts, and vendors
  • Review contracts, leases, notices, legal records, and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Assist attorneys with trial preparation, case strategy meetings, and settlement documentation
  • Maintain strict confidentiality while managing multiple active litigation matters

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or Paralegal Certificate from an accredited program preferred
  • Minimum of three years of litigation paralegal experience
  • Experience supporting civil, commercial, real estate, construction, contract, landlord-tenant, or business litigation is highly desirable
  • Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, court filings, discovery, and trial preparation
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and legal professionals
