This position is designed for remote work within a community health clinic framework, allowing for flexibility while ensuring our clients receive the comprehensive support they need. The work hours are structured from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, facilitating a balanced workflow. • Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to establish diagnoses and develop tailored treatment plans that meet individual client needs.
• Implement therapeutic interventions during sessions, adapting techniques to ensure clients achieve their personal goals effectively.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client sessions, treatment progress, and any necessary adjustments to planning, complying with company policies.
• Engage with clients and their families, demonstrating excellent customer service and support while advocating for their needs.
• Coordinate with case managers, medical professionals, and educational staff to ensure a multidimensional approach to each client's care.
• Participate actively in clinical staff meetings, trainings, and continuous professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and the overall effectiveness of our team.
• Fulfill additional responsibilities that may arise, contributing to projects that further our mission and community impact.

This role caters to a diverse and inclusive client population, encompassing individuals from various backgrounds, ages, and mental health challenges. Our counselor will be expected to demonstrate sensitivity and adaptability when working with clients experiencing a range of mental health issues, fostering an environment of trust and respect that empowers clients on their paths to recovery.

• A master’s degree in a behavioral science or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active clinical licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, fostering effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
• Proven ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries while delivering empathetic care.
• Timeliness and accuracy in completing documentation of services and related paperwork.
• Experience and comfort level working with a diverse client base, adapting to unique needs and circumstances.

• Two years of experience in mental health counseling, with a focus on clinical settings.
• Proficiency with electronic health record systems to facilitate documentation and case management processes.
• Experience developing creative therapeutic interventions tailored to meet individual client goals.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a base salary, our compensation package includes:
