Personal Injury Case Manager / Accounting Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to support personal injury case management and financial accounting. This role serves as a bridge between case management and financial administration, with a strong focus on medical records, billing, liens, settlement documentation, and case file accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Retrieve and manage medical records and billing statements.
  • Communicate with medical providers to negotiate reductions on medical liens and bills.
  • Handle subrogation matters with health insurance carriers and lienholders.
  • Prepare accurate settlement statements and process settlement fund disbursements.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date case files.
  • Ensure financial and medical records are accurate and audit-ready.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Communicate effectively with providers, insurance carriers, lienholders, and other parties.

Requirements
