The Case Manager serves as the primary contact for clients after they retain the firm. In this role, you will guide clients through their medical treatment journey while supporting the legal team with case updates, medical information, and documentation. This position plays an important role in ensuring clients receive the support they need while helping the legal team gather and maintain critical case information.


Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients after engagement
  • Provide regular updates regarding treatment and case progress
  • Respond to client questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Assist in resolving client concerns and maintaining strong relationships

Medical Treatment Coordination

  • Monitor treatment progress and medical care plans
  • Track appointments and follow up care
  • Communicate with medical providers to obtain updates when needed

Case Development Support

  • Collect relevant information from clients and providers
  • Identify important case details that may impact case value
  • Communicate updates to pre litigation attorneys and paralegals

Documentation and File Management
