Machine Operations

  • Load Parts: Put raw cast iron materials into CNC machines and take finished parts out safely.
  • Change Tools: Replace worn-out cutting tools when needed.
  • Adjust Machines: Make minor machine tweaks to keep parts running at the right size.
  • Help with Setups: Assist the Cell Technician when preparing a machine for a new job.

Quality & Tracking

  • Measure Parts: Use gauges to inspect parts and write down the measurement data.
  • Label Work: Tag and identify all parts so inventory stays accurate.
  • Log Progress: Enter your daily job and labor hours into our computer system (ERP).

Teamwork & Safety

  • Watch the Pace: Understand the work flow to keep production moving on time.
  • Speak Up: Tell the Technician right away if you face safety, quality, or speed issues.
  • Heavy Lifting: Lift and move parts weighing up to 40 pounds throughout the 12 hour day.
  • Keep Clean: Keep your work area organized, tidy, and safe.
