Job description

CART Solutions Merchandiser

If you are a self-motivated individual who appreciates variety, independence, and the opportunity to apply strong problem-solving skills, this position may be an excellent fit. CART Solutions is seeking dependable and detail-oriented PART-TIME / GIG (create your own schedule) Grocery Merchandisers to help enhance the in-store experience for customers across multiple locations.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION - MUST HAVE STOCKING OR MERCHANDISING EXPERIENCE AND UNDERSTANDING OF PLAN-O-GRAMS (POG)

EARLY MORNING AVAILABILITY REQUIRED

  • Schedule: Morning shift with a 5:00 AM start time, 4 Days per Week Monday through Thursday, 6-8 hour shifts
  • Work Area: Work location will change daily, will require some local travel up to 30 miles around the Bradenton area; some locations, but not limited to - Bradenton, Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch and Longboat Key
  • Team Environment: Collaborate with experienced merchandising professionals
  • Compensation: Up to $16.75 per hour depending on experience, with weekly hours varying based on project needs
  • Additional Benefits: Mileage and drive time reimbursement may be available; access to earnings as early as the next day

Responsibilities

  • Work professionally and cooperatively with team members and store management
  • Demonstrate strong work ethic, clear communication, and sound problem-solving abilities
  • Assemble and disassemble fixtures as required
  • Execute planograms and merchandise products with accuracy
  • Update signage and ensure shelf conditions meet project standards
  • Perform tasks requiring physical effort, including lifting up to 30 lbs
  • Reset product, rotate stock, and integrate new items into sets

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 months merchandising or retail stocking experience
  • Ability to stand for 8–10 hours per shift
  • Proficiency in reading and implementing planograms
  • Willingness to travel to various project locations
  • Basic competency with job-related tools
