Carry On Physical Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Los Gatos, California. In this full-time position, you will work in an onsite rehabilitation facility, providing outstanding care to patients as they navigate their rehabilitation journey. You will play a critical role in the recovery process, utilizing your expertise to design and implement personalized treatment plans that promote healing and restore function.

Work Environment

Our Los Gatos facility is equipped with state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment and resources, designed to foster an effective therapeutic environment. As a full-time Physical Therapist, you will be part of an interdisciplinary team of experienced professionals, including physical therapist assistants and rehabilitation aides. The work schedule will typically be Monday to Friday, with hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

  • Educate patients and their families about their diagnoses, treatment options, and home exercise programs to enhance recovery.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in our electronic medical records (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to ongoing training and professional development within the organization.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will predominantly work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal disorders. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
