Carry On Physical Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Los Gatos, California. In this full-time position, you will work in an onsite rehabilitation facility, providing outstanding care to patients as they navigate their rehabilitation journey. Our Los Gatos facility is equipped with state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment and resources, designed to foster an effective therapeutic environment. As a full-time Physical Therapist, you will be part of an interdisciplinary team of experienced professionals, including physical therapist assistants and rehabilitation aides. The work schedule will typically be Monday to Friday, with hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans based on their specific needs and goals.
• Implement and modify treatment interventions, utilizing evidence-based practices to optimize recovery.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care, including regular communication of patient progress and adjustments to treatment plans.
• Educate patients and their families about their diagnoses, treatment options, and home exercise programs to enhance recovery.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in our electronic medical records (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to ongoing training and professional development within the organization.

You will predominantly work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal disorders. Our diverse patient population includes individuals of all ages, from young athletes to older adults, each requiring a tailored approach to physical rehabilitation. You will have the opportunity to foster long-term relationships with patients, guiding them through every step of their recovery process.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of California.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in outpatient orthopedic care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to connect with a diverse patient population.
• Proficiency in utilizing EMR systems for patient documentation and care coordination.

• Experience with advanced manual therapy techniques and modern rehabilitation modalities.
• Previous exposure to a team-based environment in an outpatient setting, enhancing collaborative patient care.
• Knowledge of specific rehabilitation protocols for post-operative care and functional recovery.
• Familiarity with patient education strategies and community resources to support patient recovery.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
