Job description

What You’ll Do:

• Communicate with carriers, drivers, and internal team members
• Assist with coordinating and managing freight
• Build and maintain strong carrier relationships
• Help ensure loads are covered and moving on schedule
• Provide support to an Account Executive and the rest of the POD team
• Learn the ins and outs of the transportation and freight brokerage industry


What We’re Looking For:

• Entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply!
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Dependable, organized, and motivated
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer knowledge is a plus
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Previous transportation/freight experience is helpful, but not required
