Overview

The Carquest Counter Sales Associate position will be responsible for assisting customers and filling parts orders. The Carquest Counter Sales Associate is a full-time position that requires some overtime with occasional weekends, reports to the Carquest Manager, and has no supervisory responsibility.

Responsibilities

  • Be prompt and timely for all assigned shifts, schedules, and projects.
  • Assist customers with part requests.
  • Complete register transactions for sales.
  • Fill parts orders from requests made by customers.
  • Work in a team environment.
  • Stock inventory.
  • Inventory trucks received.
  • Load delivery vans.
  • Palletize orders.
  • Housekeeping of warehouse and store.
  • Answer phones and take orders.
  • Deliver parts as needed.
  • Willingness to perform duties outside the normal scope of work (i.e., work outside normal hours).
