Locations: Kendall | Miami Springs | Miami Gardens | North Miami Beach Schedule: 2–3 days/week | Fixed monthly schedule Pay: $25–$30/hour | Based on experience

About the Role

We're a growing orthodontic group with high-volume practices across Miami-Dade, looking for an experienced, self-driven assistant to join our team. This is one cohesive opportunity — consistent schedule, consistent pay, and a team that values efficiency and professionalism.

Our days are fast-paced and patient-focused. When everyone knows their role, the days run smooth. If you thrive in a busy clinical environment and don't need someone looking over your shoulder, you'll fit right in.

Candidates living centrally in Miami-Dade will benefit from manageable commutes. Carpool coordination may be available for team members based in North Miami Beach.

Responsibilities

  • Chairside assistance across all phases of orthodontic treatment
  • Bonding, archwire changes, appliance bonding, aligner attachment placement, etc.

  • Proficiency in bonding, wires, attachments, and full chairside treatment
  • Basic dental English
  • Experience in a high-volume or fast-paced ortho office
  • Reliable, independent, and able to follow clinical direction without friction
  • Professional, focused, and drama-free

What We Offer

  • $25–$30/hour based on experience
  • 2–3 days/week with a predictable monthly schedule
  • A high-functioning clinical environment where your skill is valued and respected
