Lead Carpenter - Residential Remodeling
Sebring Design Build
Location: Franklin, TN
Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite
Sebring Design Build is hiring an experienced Lead Carpenter to help lead high-quality residential remodeling projects throughout Franklin and Middle Tennessee.
We specialize in kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and whole-home remodels. We are looking for a hands-on carpenter who can lead daily jobsite activities, coordinate trade partners, solve field challenges, and maintain high standards for craftsmanship and professionalism.
Responsibilities
  • Lead daily field operations on residential remodeling projects
  • Perform and oversee framing, finish carpentry, cabinetry installation, trim, doors, and general carpentry
  • Read and follow construction plans and specifications
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners
  • Plan upcoming work to keep projects moving on schedule
  • Identify and resolve jobsite issues before they affect quality or timelines
  • Confirm work is properly prepared for the next trade
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
  • Protect finished work and client property
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners and the project team
  • Complete punch-list items and support projects through final completion
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of residential remodeling or construction experience
  • Strong finish carpentry and general carpentry skills
