Maintenance TechnicianLocation: Rochester, MinnesotaPay: $28 - $32 per hour Schedule: 40 hours per week, occasional weekends as needed. We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team at Metes and Bounds at our Valley View Estates and South Ridge Townhomes properties.This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, mechanically inclined, and interested in learning the maintenance field while getting paid to develop new skills. You'll gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced team members while helping maintain and improve our townhome community.Key Responsibilities:· Preparing apartments for new residents, including light repairs and painting· General maintenance tasks such as basic carpentry and minor repairs· Support routine property upkeep and grounds maintenance· Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner· Participate in an on-call rotation with other properties as needed· Travel between nearby properties using your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided)What We're Looking For:· Positive attitude and willingness to learn· Strong work ethic and reliability· Basic mechanical aptitude or interest in maintenance work· Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members· Basic computer skills· Reliable transportation required· Ability to pass a background checkYou will need to obtain you boiler's license with the first 90 days of employment.
