Job description

As a Carpentry & Wood Products Fabricator, you’ll play a crucial role in crafting high-quality wood trusses and panels that form the backbone of our clients' projects. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will ensure that each piece meets our exacting standards and supports the vision of builders and architects. We believe in empowering our team members with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed, offering opportunities for growth and advancement within our supportive work environment.

Compensation:

$18 - $22 hourly


Responsibilities:
  • Assemble wall panels, floor trusses, and roof trusses with precision and quality.
  • Read blueprints to measure and cut lumber accurately.
  • Safely operate nail guns, saws, and other power tools.
  • Collaborate with team to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
  • Inspect finished components for quality and make adjustments as needed.
  • Follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work area.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in carpentry, wood framing, or manufacturing preferred.
